Canada Wide Shipping of any cozies or flat items is included in the purchase price. Additional shipping rates may apply to gift sets/office sets where a glass container or bowl is included and cannot be shipped flat.
Shipping to countries other than Canada will result in shipping charges regardless of the item, but we will work with you to keep those costs as low as possible

NEW cozies with the tags still on, unused, may be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase. Reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to help. Did you purchase or receive one that has quality issues? We check them over very carefully but if you find something we missed, we're only too happy to exchange it for another of the same design, or IF we are out of that one, for another one of your choosing.
