Combined Orders: Multiple orders which you would like to have combined must have a note left at checkout with the order to combine with or an email sent to
graceandglamoursk@gmail.com.  Please note the MAX weight for lettermail is 500 grams and if the combined weight of the orders exceeds this, combining may not be possible or an extra shipping cost will be required.  Orders combined using tracked shipping will have one tracking number assigned.  Excess shipping charges are refunded when all items are process in the combined orders.

Lettermail:  No tracking is provided.  This means we cannot locate your order throughout the shipping process.  We are not responsible for lost packages.  If lost, replacement is at the buyers expense. This can take 1-3 weeks to arrive, but lettermail envelopes are not considered lost until 4 weeks have passed.  Please note we do not replace ANY contents within the package if it is lost in transit after we have shipped it.

Tracked Mail:  Regular parcel service with tracking information provided. This method takes approximately 2-10 business days.

Expedited Mail:  Faster mail service aimed at getting your order to you faster. Typically arrives in 2-8 business days.

US Small Packet:  No tracking is provided.  This means we cannot locate your order throughout the shipping process.  We are not responsible for lost packages. Typically takes approximately 5-15 business days.  

US Tracked:  Regular Parcel service with tracking information provided.  Please understand that we are not responsible for the taxes and duties collected by customs.  Orders may be delayed when processing through customs.  We are not responsible for the time required for customs processing.  This method takes approximately 7-14 business days to arrive.  

Local Pick Up:  Prior to purchasing, please inquire about local pick up to ensure availability.  Use code “Local” at checkout.  Please note:  The coupon code may not work with other coupon codes.  We refund any shipping costs when pick up arrangements are made for local pick up.
