Why was my bag so flat when it was shipped?
At PaisleyPaige, we care about the environment and being an earth conscious retailer. Our bags are shipped flat simply to reduce packaging and limit the waste used in shipping our products. Not to worry, if you place a hand towel inside for 24hrs, the bag will come back to its intended shape.Shipp

Please indicate on the paper invoice included with your order which item(s) you are returning and the reason why. Pack your items and invoice into a shipping envelope with the tags intact and enclosed in the original packaging.
Drop off at any Canada / US Post Office location.
Returns are generally processed between 10-12 business days from the time we receive your return.
