The Ube Conditioner Bar (pronounced “OO-beh”) is a nourishing, anti-brass violet conditioner formulated for blondes and silver foxes. Panthenol (provitamin B5) helps strengthen hair, retain moisture, and helps improve texture of damaged hair, leaving your hair feeling soft and shiny.
