Shipping Policy
Product will ship within 2-3 business days for 1-10 items. Wholesale orders will be quoted with the product quote.
Measure twice order once - please ensure you are ordering the correct size to suit your pet. Collars are not one size fits all - they are sold according to your pets measurement. Measure around the neck where you want your collar to sit. Round up not down as the collars tend to fit a little tighter (they will loosen up over time). WASH ALL COLLARS IN COLD WATER BY HAND WITH A MILD DETERGENT AND LET AIR DRY. Cotton collars this is not too much of an issue but yarn and other materials will shrink and become misshapen in a machine.
There are no refunds for sizing however if the product is found with a defect we will definitely work with you to replace the product. NOTE: There is always a risk of the collar not being able to be replaced with the same material due to discontinuation of material or other supply chain issues.
