Refund Policy
If the item is faulty, damaged or in error, please let us know within 2 days of received (email quillinglovegifts.com or call, 2267591622) and we will organise a replacement or a full refund of that item in the next 14 days. Quilling Love will provide return shipping.

Quilling Love will receive free fee cancellation until 24 hours after their purchases except on weekends or holidays.
After that time we will charge 25% of the purchases fees, according with our company scheduled tasks cost.
