Orders may be cancelled or edited before design approval and printing. Once the design has been approved and the order has been sent to production, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged due to the personalized nature of the product.
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
