### Returns
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right.
### Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Photos of the item and packaging
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
### Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

### Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
