The new site will have a slightly more elevated look and feel, reflecting what you already know to be true: this is a home for artisans, creators, and quality Canadian businesses. This visual shift helps position your products appropriately and builds trust with shoppers who are seeking thoughtfully made, well-crafted goods.
Timeline and What to Expect
The new website is scheduled to be completed by March 1st.
Prior to that, there will be some testing of the product uploads and inventory management to ensure this is a better experience. Once everything is running smoothly, the site will be fully migrated to our existing craftedcanadian.ca address.
Important: No Action Required From Existing Vendors
If you’re an existing Crafted Canadian vendor, there is nothing you need to do.
Your store, products, and Stripe connections will all carry over during the migration. While we anticipate a smooth transition, there may be a few minor inconveniences along the way. We appreciate your patience as we work through this process. Every decision behind this update is being made with the intention of serving you better.
