Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
Refund is provided when the customer has met all the Return Condition as stated on the Return Policy.
It takes around 1 - 4 business days to process the refund upon receipt of the returned product.
Once inspection of the returned item/s is completed, an e-mail will be sent to the customer regarding the refund status.
Depending on the customer’s bank, it usually takes around 3 to 5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in their bank account.

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, item/s can be returned within 1 to 14 days upon receipt.

You also need to contact us here or send us an e-mail at [email protected] informing us of the return, so we are aware that your product is en-route to us. This will help us keep track of your product.
For smooth processing of your refund, please ensure that product/s is returned unused with tags/seals intact. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the forfeiture of your refund request.
Please note that it may take around 1 to 4 business days, upon receipt, to process your request.
As long as all conditions of return has been met upon inspection of the product, a full refund will be issued to your account. An e-mail will also be send to you, based on the e-mail address provided on file, informing you of result of the refund transaction.
