Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
These time frames below are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

We are currently offer PAID and FREE local delivery to any location 40km away from our store. Local delivery option will be shown at checkout If your address is eligible.

We currently deliver orders on every SATURDAY and MONDAY, anytime between 1-6pm. We do not accept PO box for delivery address.
Delivery times and dates are estimates and can vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions and other factors that may be out of our control. If such event arises we will contact you through email and in most situations will adjust delivery to the following day. We will outline the details of the delay and the adjustment in our email.
Your order is considered delivered once our delivery team has placed your order at your residence. Unless otherwise specified in the delivery notes, this includes:
- At your front doorstep in a home.
- With the receptionist or at the front door of a business.
- In the lobby of an apartment building if no apartment number is provided.
We will presume that anyone present in the specified location is authorized to receive delivery on your behalf. If no persons are present, your order will be left unattended in the most fit location at your delivery address. You are responsible for ensuring that we are given the best instructions for making your delivery successfully.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Include a link for customers to track their orders if available.

For safety concerns, all handmade products are final and are not subject to return. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. Â If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, your claim must be received within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, your claim must be received within 3 days from the date you receive your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as lotions, butter sticks, handmade soaps, beauty products etc.). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The item should have in its original packaging with all the tags etc.
- The return or exchange request is made within 3Â days of delivery
To request an exchange, please submit your request via "contact us" form. A member of our support staff shall respond as soon as possible.
Gifts may be exchanged within 7 days of the day the package was received (as long as the items are unused and in the original box).  If you are returning a package please use an insured and pre-paid method (I recommend Canada Post or  FEDEX).  Include your invoice along with your reason for return.  Shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable on returns.

Cancellation policy
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation is required to [email protected]. Â Email is the best way to cancel an order. Â Be sure to include your order number and we will respond back within one business day.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be either refunded on your original payment method or offered store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
