All our items are handmade and shipped from our studio in Ontario, Canada.
Our items are packaged with our business card in a clear resealable bag and then placed in our cute packaging making it ready for gift giving.

How Long Does It Take To Ship
Our items our handmade to order. Most of our items are created in 5 to 8 business days and then dropped off for mailing.
Shipping times start once the postal office scans and enters the item into their shipping system.

Standard Shipping with Tracking - 5 to 14 Business Days
Shipping to the U.S.A.

Shipped to Address Provided on Checkout
All orders are shipped to the address that customers provide during the checkout process. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the address is correct before placing the order.
Maple Cord Creations is not responsible for packages that are shipped to the wrong address.
Maple Cord Creations is not responsible for the package once it is dropped off to the mail carrier.
Please note that we can no longer deliver to P.O Box addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If packages are opened during custom inspections, it will be resealed with their sticker.
Once we have shipped out your order, it is no longer in our possession. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages. We cannot replace or refund packages that are lost/stolen after they have been shipped.
Refund Policy
Refunds for Physical Products
Please messages us within 24hrs of receiving your item if there is an issue. We ask that you provide pictures and a reason for the refund (wrong colours, damaged product). It can take up to 5 business days to resolve refunds.
Refunds for Printable Digital Products
Our items are ‘instant downloads’ we do not offer any refunds, exchanges or returns. Please send us any enquiries prior to purchasing to [email protected], and we will get back to you ASAP
