Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within Canada using a variety of trusted carriers, which may include Canada Post and courier services, depending on the most reliable and cost-effective option at the time of shipping.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Tracked shipments may include basic carrier insurance (typically up to $100), depending on the service used.
You will receive tracking information when applicable.
On request, I may offer a lower-cost untracked letter mail option for select items. Please note this option has no tracking or insurance, and delivery cannot be guaranteed once shipped.
Refund Policy
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Contact within 7 days of delivery
Items must be returned within 7 days of return approval
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos so I can help resolve the issue quickly.
