Shipping Policy
All orders are made to order and typically ship within 1–2 business days once the design is approved.
Orders are shipped from Canada via Canada Post. Delivery timelines vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Once an order has shipped, a delivery estimate will be shared when available. Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.
Refund Policy
Because our products are custom made, we do not offer refunds once an order has been approved and sent to production.
If there is an issue with your order due to a production error or damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders may be cancelled or edited before design approval and printing. Once an order has been approved and sent to production, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged due to the custom nature of the product.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless there is a confirmed issue caused during production or shipping.
