Please be sure to include all information to be embroidered, including colors of thread and font choice. I will send you a proof of embroidery before I start.
Stuffed animal is approximately 16 inches from head to toe. The stuffing is removable for easy washing.

Shipping Policy
►Free Shipping: Free domestic shipping in Canada on all orders over $100.
►Production and Shipping: It takes approximately 1-2 weeks to create our items.
►Shipping to Canada: We ship via Click Ship through various courier companies. They pick up our parcels at our office in London, Ontario and courier them to your province where they scan them in for delivery to you. Delivery takes place in 3-14 business days (14 business days for west coast).
►Shipping to the USA: We use Click Ship to courier your orders to you. They pick up our parcels at our office in London, Ontario and drive them to your location. The entire process takes about 7-10 business days for a parcel to arrive from Canada.
►Shipping Options. I always include tracking so that you can track your own package and know exactly when to expect it.
If you would like to purchase additional tracking or insurance that will be at your own expense. Please let me know prior to purchase and I will add on the additional charges for the cost of insuring your package.
We take great care when packaging your product. Whenever possible we will use recycled packaging materials without compromising the safety of your purchase.
►Local Pickup. We offer contactless porch pickup orders in London, Ontario and surrounding area. Option available at checkout.
Refund Policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
►Damaged and lost items: Will be replaced or refunded on a case by case basis. An item is considered lost if its delivery has exceeded expected delivery by 10 days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Returns: Refunds, will be issued for returned items received back within 30 days of delivery. We do not refund for delivery charges. Custom items are not refundable, you will have the opportunity to sign off on a digital version of your design prior to creation so you can be sure spelling, layout etc. is all to your specifications. We are not responsible for unclaimed shipments. If you do not pick up your delivery or disregard shipment notices we are not responsible and do not issue refunds for unclaimed successful deliveries.
►Custom Order Cancellations: Custom orders which have had the mock up work completed can only be refunded 75% of the purchase price due to work invested by the artist. Custom orders where the sign work has begun cannot be cancelled and refunded.
