Prints are PACKAGED with sturdy cardboard backing. Larger prints (11 x 14 and 16 x 20) may be shipped in a cardboard tube. 

NOTE: Shipping is free for orders that total $125.00 before taxes.

Prints are shipped nationally and internationally. Tracking is not always included on the prints, but can be arranged if you would like (additional shipping costs might apply). 

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES - I ship from Cambridge, Ontario Canada.  

Shipping times can vary depending on the country it's going to. The following is a guideline to help give you an idea of typical transit times: 

Canada: 2 to 10 Business Days

USA: 4 to 10 Business Days 

All other countries: 4 Business Days to 2 Months 

IMPORTANT: Please note, these are expected delivery times, and are not guaranteed. Shipping internationally can take a considerable amount of time. The majority of my shipments reach their destination within 1 to 2 weeks, however, I have had shipments take 6 weeks to arrive. There are a variety of factors that might contribute to delay. I am in Canada and if you are in another country the order might be temporarily held up in customs. 

Delivery times are dependent upon destination (your proximity to an urban centre, border crossings, etc). IF DELIVERY TIMES ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU: Please let me know before placing your order. I am happy to ship your order expedite/express/priority, etc. Please contact me about available options to upgrade. Generally, there will be an additional shipping cost. * Please DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING your order. If you have supplied me with an old address or the wrong address on your order and the artwork is returned to me, please understand that I will need to re-bill you a second shipping charge to re-ship. If an error has occurred on my behalf, I will cover the costs to re-ship.

My aim is to give you the best product. Your satisfaction with the artwork is very important to me - please CONTACT ME if you have any questions BEFORE making your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order once you receive it, please let me know before leaving feedback so that I have the opportunity to correct the situation. If you change your mind on a particular print you had decided on, I am happy to exchange it. 

The print should be returned (sent back) in the original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please contact me prior to returning. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please understand that there is no refund or exchange on custom work, therefore I encourage you to communicate all your ideas and expectations before I begin a custom piece for you.
