Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 to let you know your order is on the way!
LOCAL DELIVERY:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within GTA. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 1pm during store hours 8am-5pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refund Policy
NO RETURN POLICY
Customized/SALE items are all on FINAL SALE.
No returns or refunds will be accepted on these items.
This indicates that once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned for a refund, and the customer is responsible for the item even if they changes their mind.
*** DAMAGED PRODUCT DUE TO SHIPPING ARE ALL REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
For not customized products ONLY:
Products must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and unaltered. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees(50% of total order before taxes applied)
We recommend keeping your tracking details until your refund is completed.
Returns must be sent within 15 days and include a valid Return Authorization (RA) number(email us at [email protected] to acquire RA Number).
Returns without a valid RA number or sent after 15 days will be refused. Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.
