Made-to-Order Items
- Handcrafted after ordering (within 3 weeks max)
- Production time varies by item complexity and volume
- We'll notify you of any delays (supply issues, vacations, etc.)
Shipping Process
- We ship exclusively within Canada using ClickShip (Canadian company)
- You'll receive tracking updates via email
- Carrier selection will be based on your location for optimal service/ lowest price.

We only ship within Canada and only ship to residential addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Refund Policy
Damaged Items Policy
If your item arrives damaged:
Report within 7 days of delivery to [email protected]
Include in your email:
Your full name
Order number
Delivery date
Photos of damaged packaging AND product
No return required - we'll issue a full refund (item + shipping) upon verification of photographs.
Note: We photograph all items before shipping to verify proper packaging for insurance purposes.
Standard Return Policy
In-Stock Items:
30-day return window
Must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the product
The item must be in original condition and must receive within 30 days of shipment.
Full product refund upon return (customer covers shipping both ways)
Made-to-Order Items:
A 70% product refund is available if returned within 30 days, as these are customized to your stain and wood selections.

No refunds on any shipping costs
All returns subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that not in their original condition, as they are photographed before shipping.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase only. After this window, your item may already be in production or preparing for shipment.
To request a cancellation:

Include your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line
Note: Once production/shipping begins (typically after 24 hours), we cannot cancel orders.
Refunds:
Approved cancellations receive a full refund (within 24 hours)
