Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

- All orders $75 or more are free and will not be charged
- All orders with 1 - 3 items will be charged a flat rate fee of $9.99
- All orders with more than 3 items will be charged a rate of $12.99 - $15.99 depending on weight
All book box orders will be charged a flat rate fee of $15 unless otherwise stated by Noir Books
United States
- Additional charges may occur for US shippings due to tariffs. Estimated time, taxes and shipping chargers will be calculated at checkout. Customers may be charged additional fees upon delivery due to tariffs.
Damages
Noir Books is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Refund Policy
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Pre-loved and customized items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
