Domestic Shipping: We offer tracked shipping across Canada. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
International Shipping: Shipping options to the US and select international destinations are available at checkout.
Free Local Pickup: If you live in the Oakville area and want to save on shipping costs, we offer a safe, free local pickup option!
How it works: Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Once your order is ready, we will message you with the pickup address and coordinate a convenient day/time.
Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges: Due to the custom, intimate, and handmade nature of jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
Damaged Items: Your satisfaction is our top priority! If your item arrives damaged during transit or has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or solution.
