Shipping Policy
Order processing times: Order processing may take 24-72 hours. Orders placed after 5 PM MST on Friday will be processed on Monday.
Shipping methods: Once a shipping label is created, a tracking number will auto- generate and sent by email. We use various shipping carriers and delivery times may take 3-7 days to arrive depending on the carrier.
Shipping rates: We offer a flat shipping rate.
Refund Policy
We only offer refunds for products lost during shipment if the carrier is unable to confirm delivery of your item. Once the claim process is finalized and payment is received from the carrier the store will either issue a store credit or payment equivalent to the postage plus the amount paid for the goods purchased from the store.
