Shipping Policy
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Orders received on Friday after 5 PM STANDARD TIME (Saskatchewan) will be processed on the next business day. We typically ship via Canada Post, and do not ship on Statutory Holidays. Once processed, orders shipped within Canada typically arrive within 7 business days. International orders will vary.

Refund Policy
Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, a refund cannot be offered.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused or unworn and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow your bank adequate time to process your refund.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
All orders have a 24 hour cancellation window from time of purchase. Once the item has been shipped, return or exchange policies come into effect.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused or unworn and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the item back to the seller for a return. In the case of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for all incurred costs associated with shipping to complete the exchange.
