Ingredients:
Peppermint (Mentha piperita)*: Peppermint leaves add that minty taste we all know and love, while helping to ease digestive issues, clear congestion, relieve tension headaches and migraines, improve energy and sleep quality, and enhance memory.
Rhodiola Root (Rhodiola crenulata)*: Rhodiola is known for its ability to improve memory and energy levels while decreasing stress and anxiety within the body. While Rhodiola rosea is more beneficial to athletes who want to enhance their performance, Rhodiola crenulata (used in this blend) is more helpful for relieving chronic stress while improving heart health, making it the perfect daily adaptogen to include in your tea-drinking routine.
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)*: Lemon balm is a wonderfully bright-tasting herb with very relaxing properties. It can help to ease anxiety and stress as well as pain and discomfort from indigestion.
