Shipping Policy
Local Pickup & Local Rural Delivery
You are welcome to pick up directly from us in Belmont, Ontario for free, or we can deliver to you in Elgin County and immediate neighbouring areas for a small fee - select your preference during check out.Â
Pickup and local delivery must be completed within 5 days of purchase unless previously arranged.
Shipping
We use a variety of courier services to offer the best rate possible. We use Canada Post and Stallion Express most often, shipping from Belmont/London Ontario. Delivery can take 3-14 business days depending on where in Canada you are located.
All items shipping outside Canada Post Letter mail (thin, light items) will have a tracking number provided.
If you would like to purchase additional tracking, expedited shipping, or insurance please let me know prior to purchase and I will add on the additional charges for these services.
We take pride in packaging our products and presenting them to you; we may recycle outer shipping materials to keep costs down and to be a good planet citizen.
We only ship to Canadian Addresses.
Refund Policy
Please let us know immediately if your order is incorrect or damaged in any way so that we can work together to make it right! In most cases, it is easier on small hobbyists to provide you an exchange or a new item over refunds due to transaction/selling platform fees.
Items damaged or lost during shipping will be replaced or refunded on a case by case basis. "Lost" is if the delivery has exceeded expected delivery by 10 days.
We cannot refund delivery fees. We are not responsible for unclaimed shipments. If you do not pick up your item(s) or disregard shipping notices we are unable to assist with a resolution and cannot issue refunds for these reasons.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order and before shipment has commenced. Due to fees charged to sellers for financial transactions, funds returned to you may be less the fees charged to us when you placed your order.
