Ingredients:

Epsom Salt: This traditional bath salt helps to melt away muscle tension while relaxing and restoring the body. Due to it’s high magnesium content, epsom salt helps to reduce pain and swelling, enhance exercise performance and recovery, and improve sleep quality.

Himalayan Sea Salt: Harvested from the mineral-rich salt range in Pakistan, this gorgeous pink salt is mined, crushed, washed, and dried by hand so as to preserve traditional methods and lessen the carbon footprint of harvesting. Our salt is sustainably sourced and naturally contains over 80 different minerals that are necessary for health, including macrominerals like calcium, chloride, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and sodium as well as many trace minerals. These minerals, when absorbed through the skin, help to balance the body’s pH, support proper nutrient absorption, eliminate toxins, and increase circulation.

Dead Sea Salt: Harvested from the saltiest ocean on earth, this sea salt is highly revered for its abundance of minerals (almost 10x more than any other sea salt!). It has been shown to reduce inflammation, replenish skin hydration, eliminate toxins, and improve skin barrier function. We use it in our bath salt blends for its ability to reduce the deepest of aches and pains, ease skin flare-ups, fight off free radicals, and gently exfoliate dead skin cells.

Clary Sage EO (Salvia sclarea)*: This uniquely scented essential oil is known to relieve cramping associated with your moon-time, and has been proven to be even more calming than lavender. It also helps you to stay mentally and hormonally balanced – something that is especially challenging during this time of the month.

Bergamot EO (Citrus bergamia)*: Bergamot essential oil works to alleviate feelings of tension, stress, and anxiety, while specifically targeting muscle spasms. Bergamot helps to relieve cramping associated with your moon time, and has been shown to help balance hormones as well, resulting in fewer PMS symptoms.

Geranium EO (Pelargonium x asperum)*: Geranium essential oil has been shown to improve physical and mental symptoms associated with PMS. It is both anti-inflammatory and antiseptic, and helps to reduce blood pressure, boost immunity, and enhance circulation.

Blue Tansy EO (Tanacetum annuum)*: Blue tansy essential oil promotes blood flow, which helps to reduce muscle tension and stiffness. It is especially helpful for those who suffer from headaches, cramps, and muscle pain during their menstrual cycle.
