The loofah sponge is a shower accessory used for cleaning and exfoliating your skin. It is used in conjunction with your regular skin care products in order to better penetrate the skin.
And they are 100% organic, sustainable and biodegradable, which is great for our planet!
However, not all loofah are created equal. There are different types of these sponges on the market but we recommend and offer you the Egyptian variety. They are looser knit and therefore softer than the common loofah (which means they are gentler to our body… like Egyptian cotton!)
Each large loofah is around 6 inches long and 3-4 inches in diameter.
The cord is made of organic fabric (cotton or bamboo).
This is a great eco-friendly choice! When done, you just need to throw it in the compost and it will return to the Earth.

Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we are sorry for this. We want you to be happy with our products. If you want to return or exchange your products, please contact us to obtain a return authorization and further instructions.

For Bath Bombs
It is not possible to return a used bath bomb, but you can return bath bombs that are still wrapped or a bath bomb kit if 75% is still intact. Products should be returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 45 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For Loofahs
It is possible to return loofahs only if they were not used. We will need a photo of the loofah before accepting the return so please contact us.
For Soaps and Candles
It is possible to return unused soaps or candles if they are 100% intact. Products should be returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 45 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.
