• Colored pencils are highly recommended with our coloring and activity books, as they allow for a greater amount of control. The colors with colored pencils, can be as light or dark as the pressure applied while coloring. If you want a darker hue, just go over that section again, or apply greater pressure. For a lighter hue, just apply less pressure with one coat. While a marker’s ink is incapable of offering dramatic variances in color concentration.
• Our paper weight is suitable for some water-based markers, however, we cannot guarantee that all brands (and sometimes just certain colors) will not bleed through a page (especially, alcohol-based markers). To accommodate this, we provide a complimentary washable blotting sheet with each one of our coloring and activity books, so that you can use the medium of your choice.
• Each book also includes a complimentary acrylic stand to display your tiny masterpieces.

Shipping Policy
We understand the importance of a clear and reliable shipping policy. Our aim is to build trust and reassure our customers that their orders will be packaged to protect and shipped promptly, and at the best rates we can find.
We ship to all locations in Canada and the United States at this time (some exceptions and notes below).
1) remote locale/territory (i.e. NWT, Nunavut, the Yukon, and other locations far from a major centre) fees may apply. We will notifiy you before processing your order to ensure that you wish to proceed with your order, and process the additional fees accordingly; 2) we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time; 3) we do not ship to international locations at this time.
To ship your orders at the best rates available, we use a number of carriers and services depending on the region. This allows us to charge a flat rate shipping fee to our retail customers. This flat rate may fluctuate depending on the fees charged by the carriers, i.e. during busier than normal seasons, increased fuel costs, etc. We will update this page and our checkout page accordingly.

Shipping fees are taxable (if applicable) and in CDN dollars.
Fees also include packaging, shipping, handling and insurance. A signature may be required upon delivery, specifically for larger retail orders.
USA orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees. All charges must be paid to the local tax authority upon receipt of your package. The Tiny Book Co.™ is currently unable to predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Shipments may be delayed by the customs process. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Order Processing
On average, orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on our current stock and order backlog. For efficiency, we batch our shipping days 2-3 times per week.
When your order is shipped, notification will be sent by e-mail providing any available tracking information. Please note that it may take the carrier up to 24 hours to update their tracking system.
Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on the carrier, service, region, weather conditions, and other factors.
Packaging
We package all orders in protective packaging to ensure your items are not damaged during transit.
Upon receipt of your order, please review the contents of your shipment and contact us if you have any questions or concerns relating to your order. A quick e-mail letting us know that you are satisfied with your order is always appreciated and confirms that all of our order processes are working efficiently.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We understand the importance of a clear and reliable refund and return policy. Our aim is to build trust and reassure our customers that they can shop with confidence, knowing that we are dedicated to their full satisfaction.
30-Day Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it within 30 days of purchase.
*Gift Cards and items marked as 'final sale' are non-returnable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange items due to defect or damage, email us at [email protected], with your order number in the subject line, proof of purchase, and images showing the defect or damage. Upon receipt, we will review your claim and send you a Return Authorization ID# to return the items for an exchange.
Return Procedure
1. Email us at [email protected], with your order number in the subject line, proof of purchase, and images showing the defect or damage. Upon receipt, we will review your claim and send you a Return Authorization ID# to return the items for either an exchange or refund.
2. Upon receipt of a Return Authorization ID#, pack items in their original packaging for return, preferably in the same shipping box they arrived in.

Refund Processing
There is often some processing time required by your bank or credit card provider before a refund is posted to your account. Please wait at least a week for these transactions to appear in your account or on your statement.
