Processing Time
All orders are handmade with love, just for you. Please allow 7-10 business days for production before shipping. During peak seasons or launches, this may extend slightly — but trust us, it’s worth the wait.
Need it by a specific date? Message us before ordering, and we’ll do our best to meet your timeline.

Domestic Shipping: 2–5 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs)
Local Pickup: Available in Greek Town Area. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you to arrange a convenient time. Bonus: no shipping fees, and we get to say a little “hello!”

Each piece is crafted with care to celebrate your memories, so please double-check all personalization details — names, dates, spellings, colors — before placing your order.
📦 Non-Custom Items
We do offer returns or exchanges on select non-custom items (like ready-to-ship pieces or accessories without personalization). These must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging.
