Sea Glass Wind Chime Ocean Wave Ceramic

Description

Deep serene sounding glass and pottery wind chime made from kiln-fired high-temperature clay and glass.

I fashioned the seashell, starfish and Nautilus with clay, then affixed them to the clay disc by hand, (approx 3.5″ in diameter or 9 cm) dried & fired, then glazed with recycled stained glass and genuine sea glass in hues of turquoise & blues, then fired once again to create the beautiful crackled effect of looking into a seaside pool of sea creatures filled water through the rays of the sun!

Five Fingers of fused and unfused glass in iridescent turquoise and clear water glass are decorated with Aquamarine crystal chips, agate and howlite stone beads, crystal glass beads and with one central genuine Czech glass bead.

The chime ends in one of my handmade fused glass drops. The total length of the chime is 17″ or 43 cm, the hook is made of steel.

Each creation I make is unique and one of a kind, the photo is what you receive. **Intensity of colour may be different on a pc monitor or smartphone. The colours are more brilliant in reality than they appear in the photos.**
