Self-Heal Herbal Tincture
Also known as “heal-all”, this herb is an essential addition to any medicine cabinet for its ability to soothe various ailments. Self heal tincture can provide relief from inflammatory bowel disease, diarrhea, digestive upset, and stomach irritation. It is also commonly used to provide relief for a sore throat, as well as for mouth and throat ulcers. It can encourage lymphatic drainage and is helpful for those experiencing painful/swollen breasts, systemic cysts, mastitis, and sore nipples.
SUGGESTED USE:
ADULTS: Take 0.5-1 mL (15-30 drops) up to 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach, or as directed by your health care practitioner.
