We gladly accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll happily replace or refund your order.
