Refund Policy

• All Sales Final: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll review your request and make it right.
• Custom Orders: Custom designs are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.
• Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once your order is in progress, it cannot be changed or refunded.
• Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier, but we will assist in filing a claim if needed.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
At Matthew 5:14 Designs, each sticker is made to order with care. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
• Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started. Once your order is in progress, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Returns: Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are not offered at this time. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review your claim and send a replacement if approved.
• Custom Orders: Custom stickers are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once design and production have begun.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• Shipping Errors: If the wrong item was sent, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement.
