For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of opened soap products.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info.kissesfromheaven.ca within two weeks of receiving your product to discuss possible solutions. I will ensure your package is securely wrapped for shipping.
You have 7 days after the date of shipping to return unused soaps or candles if they are 100% intact.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
