📦 Processing Time
All pieces are carefully packed and shipped within 3–7 business days.
For custom or made-to-order items, processing may take a little longer (I’ll always let you know!).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
🚚 Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight.
From time to time, I may offer:

Free shipping promotions (because who doesn’t love that?)
⏱ Delivery Estimates
After your order ships:
Canada: 2–7 business days
USA: 5–10 business days
International: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs.

Pottery is fragile, so I pack everything with lots of care (and lots of padding).

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is with the carrier, delays are unfortunately out of my control. If something goes missing, reach out and I’ll do my best to help track it down.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Small variations in shape, size, colour, and texture are part of the charm and are not considered defects. These natural imperfections are what make each piece special.

At this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Size/colour preference
Minor variations from photos
Please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged, I’ve got you covered.

Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the item has not already shipped.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
