Wood Betony Herbal Tincture
Also known as Hedge Nettle, the tincture of this tall, bright pink flowering plant acts as a digestive tonic while restoring and relaxing the nervous system. Wood Betony tincture is used in situations where one needs grounding, to strengthen the solar plexus and enhance gut-level reactions to life’s stressors. It is incredibly calming without being sedative, and can help tonify the GI tract while relieving muscular tension responsible for migraines and headaches.
SUGGESTED USE:
ADULTS: Take 0.5-1mL (15-30 drops) up to three times per day in a little water, on an empty stomach.
