Due to the Canada Post Strike, all orders will be delayed. Please be patient.
Processing Time
Each order is handmade and thoughtfully packed with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipping. Custom pieces may require a bit more time, and I’ll keep you informed of any updates along the way.
Shipping Services
CANADIAN ORDERS
Orders are sent through Canada Post. Standard shipping does not come with tracking. If you prefer your package to be tracked, please reach out — tracked shipping is available for about $15.00.
USA
Unfortunately, I’m not offering shipping to the United States at this time due to high tariff costs and additional import fees.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 3–10 business days
Please keep in mind that delivery times are approximate — delays may occur due to postal service issues, customs checks, holidays, or other factors outside my control.
Lost or Delayed Mail
I take every care to get your package to you quickly and safely, but once it has been shipped, it is in the hands of Canada Post and your local postal service.
Refund Policy
Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Because each piece of jewelry and hair accessory is handmade, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
-  If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Custom Orders
- Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
