Items in stock will be shipped 3-5 business days using standard shipping service. Since we ship around the globe, delivery times vary; therefore, we ask that you order your items early to avoid disappointment.
Once the item is in the hands of the courier, it is their responsibility. Should you require quicker service, please email us. We will provide you with a priority shipping time and fee.
Refund Policy
Our goal is for you and your child to have a positive experience with our products. While we take great care of packaging, occasional damage may occur during shipping.
Simply contact us within [5] days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement. Please note we do not offer refunds.
