Shipping Policy
Shipping usually takes 5-14 business days for the shipment to reach the customer's home. You can expect to receive your package within 14-20 business days depending on your location, although most packages arrive much sooner.
Refund Policy
Only damaged or incorrectly shipped items are eligible for a refund. For any of these situations, please contact customer service with the reason for your return and photos of the wrong or damaged items within 24 hours of receiving the product, and we'll sort everything out for you.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Should you wish to cancel your order after placing it with us, please contact us within 24 hours. We cannot process cancellations after 24 hours.
