**IMPORTANT NOTICE**
Due to the Canada Post Strike, all orders will be delayed. Please be patient.
Processing Time
All orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. Custom orders may take a little longer, and I’ll always keep you updated if that’s the case.
Shipping Services
CANADIANS Orders are shipped through Canada Post. Standard shipping does not include tracking. If you would like tracking on your order, please contact me. Shipping with tracking is approximately 15.00
INTERNATIONAL Standard shipping does not include tracking. If you require tracking please contact me first for a quote. Costs will be between $25-35
USA Unfortunately I will not be shipping to the USA at this time due to the cost of tariffs and associated fees.
Estimated Delivery Times
Canada: 3–10 business days
- International: 2–5 weeks (varies by country and customs)
Please note that these are estimates only — actual delivery times can vary depending on postal delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside of my control.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country. I’m not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Mail
I do my best to ensure your package gets to you quickly and safely, but once it leaves my hands it’s in the care of Canada Post and your local postal service.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not already shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of handmade jewelry and hair accessories, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
However, if there is an issue with your order (damaged on arrival, wrong item, etc.), please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll work with you to make it right.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Conditions of Return (if an exception is made)
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of jewelry and hair accessories, returns are not generally accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so I can make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered at this time.
If you’d like a different style, please place a new order.
