Shipping Policy
We use UPS as our default option for shipping, but if there's another option you prefer, please let us know. Anything going to a PO box or apartment building will go by Canada Post instead.
Our flat rates for shipping are:
$13 for Ontario and $20 for the rest of Canada.
$20 for the United States.
$30 for anywhere else in the world.
Orders are packed securely and shipped within 2 business days.
*Please note, during Canadian winter months, shipping might be delayed slightly to mitigate freezing damage.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We're unable to accept returns on food products, but if your order arrives damaged in any way, please let us know and we'll work out a replacement.
