Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of the order.
- Local Calgary customers may opt for local pickup at no additional charge. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
International Shipping

Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the defective item.
Returns and Exchanges
- Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for candles, wax melts, or room sprays, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued for items that are damaged or defective. Once we receive your claim and photos, we will process the refund within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
