At Cup of Metta, we want you to receive your sanctuary in a cup as quickly as possible. Once we receive your order, our team begins preparing it with care.
Processing Times
In-Stock Items: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Freshly Blended Batches: To ensure the highest quality, we blend all of our teas in small batches right here in Canada. If your selection requires a fresh blend, fulfillment may take 1–2 weeks. We will indicate on the product page if a specific flavour is currently being freshly blended for you.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been carefully packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.
We ship via trusted carriers to ensure your tea arrives safely and maintains its premium quality.
Local Pickup
If you are in the Aurora, ON area, you are welcome to visit our retail and pop-up location at 84 First Commerce Dr, Unit 2, Aurora, ON L4G 0H5 (Thai Villa Restaurant). Please select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout to bypass shipping times and fees.
Refund Policy
We want every "Ritual of Generosity" to be a positive experience. While we do not offer traditional returns, we handle issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Upon verification, we will happily send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take several business days to post the credit to your account.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
At Cup of Metta, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our small-batch, Canadian-packed teas. Because tea is a perishable food item, we have established the following guidelines:
Cancellations
Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
After Shipping: Once an order has been dispatched from our Aurora location, we are unable to process cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges
No Returns: To ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any tea products once they have left our facility.
Final Sale: All tea purchases are considered final sale.
