At Healing Light Candle Co., every parcel is a bundle of light, intention, and care. We lovingly handcraft and package each order to ensure it arrives to you safe and ready to support your sacred rituals.
Processing Time
All orders are made to order and typically ship within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase.
During high-volume periods (seasonal launches, full moons, etc.), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we craft your goods with intention and care.
Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship across all provinces and territories in Canada.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
We offer standard and expedited options through trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS.
Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 2–10 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can follow its journey from our sacred space to yours.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.
Shipping Delays & Liability
Once an order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. However, we’re always here to help resolve any concerns—please reach out and we’ll assist however we can.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right—whether that means a replacement, store credit, or a healing solution.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Canada. Stay tuned as we open the circle to international customers in the near future.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for:

Products that have been opened, used, or altered

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want your experience to be magical from start to finish. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging
A description of the issue
If eligible, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a partial refund depending on the situation. We do not cover damage caused after delivery or from misuse.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Healing Light Candle Co. is not responsible for:
