Please allow approximately 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and 2 - 7 business days for delivery. When the item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with your order details and a tracking number.
At time of check out there will be options as to which shipping method you would like. These are the following shipping methods:
For Canadian and US customers:
UPS Standard: $25
** If there is a delay on your order for any reason, you will receive an email from Bijoux Lyne Meikle. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
For International Customers (outside of Canada & the U.S.):
UPS Shipping: $55
Customs: Please note that merchandise exported out of the country to another country must clear customs and the recipient of the merchandise may have to pay duties on the item(s).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return your order for a refund (less initial shipping cost) and/or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note returns must have no signs of damage and must include the original packaging.
