Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus)*: The aromatic blue-green leaves of the eucalyptus tree have been around for nearly 50 million years, originating in Australia and now naturalized in California and Mediterranean countries. The medicinally valuable leaves contain volatile oils which are antiseptic, antispasmodic, antimicrobial, and decongestant, making it a must-have for bolstering the immune system and reducing cold and flu symptoms.

Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)*: Licorice root is naturally sweet, and as such, it is always a welcome addition to our carefully crafted tea blends. It acts as a demulcent to both coat and soothe the throat when it’s not feeling its best. It also helps to expel excess mucous without causing irritation to the throat, sinuses, or lungs. It contains anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties, helping to shorten duration of cold and flu symptoms.

Peppermint (Mentha piperita)*: Peppermint leaves add that minty taste we all know and love, while helping to ease digestive issues, relieve tension headaches and migraines, improve energy and sleep quality, and unclog stuffy sinuses.

Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea)*: This beautiful flower is a known go-to for fighting off both viral and bacterial infections. It helps to soothe sore throats and minimizes the aches and pains associated with the common cold and flu.

Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale)*: Ginger adds a deeply warming element to this tea blend by improving circulation and blood flow. It provides a hint of spice for our tastebuds while reducing blood pressure, fighting inflammation, clearing sinus congestion, and easing digestive upset.
