For the best burn: Trim wick to ¼ inch before each use. Burn for at least 1.5 hours to ensure an even wax pool and prevent tunneling. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and do not burn for more than 4 hours.

We partner with trusted carriers for daily weekday pickups, ensuring your order is on its way as swiftly as possible. Orders placed before 11:00 AM (EST) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped via Canada Post service the following business day.
Express Delivery (Canada Post Priority)
For speedy delivery, we utilize Canada Post Priority service, guaranteeing your package arrives within 2 business days. Please note that additional charges may apply for packages exceeding standard volume or weight limits.
Returns & ProcessÂ
We want you to adore your Freyja Boutique goodies! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns for:
- Defective Items: Within 30 days of delivery.
- Unused Items: In their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To maintain fairness and provide a streamlined shopping experience, we offer store credit for non-defective returns, rather than refunds. We do not accept exchanges.
