Items are shipped from Toronto Ontario within 2 business days.
All shipments include $100 insurance against loss or damage. Any claims must be initiated by the receiver to whatever courier was used for the shipment.
Jai Crystal Jewels has no control over the speed and accuracy of shipments once they’ve left our studio. We are not liable nor responsible for any damages incurred during the shipping period.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
All sales are final and there are no refunds. Any item received damaged (other than caused by courier; see Shipping Policy), will be replaced & shipped to you by the most economical method possible.
