Préparation, expédition et manutention des commandes
Traitement des commandes
Chez Sauvage-s, nous formons une super équipe, mais nous ne sommes que deux. Il nous faut donc un peu de temps pour préparer votre commande et vous l'expédier. Rassurez-vous : nous traitons les commandes en 1 à 3 jours ouvrés (du lundi au vendredi) !
Heures de cueillette
Pour vous proposer des plantes sauvages, il nous arrive d'être absents. Entre juin et septembre, nous serons peut-être moins disponibles. Le traitement de votre commande pourra alors prendre une à deux semaines ; nous vous en informerons sur notre page d'accueil.
Ramasser
Si vous souhaitez récupérer votre commande sur place, aucun problème ! Une fois votre commande traitée, nous vous enverrons un message lorsqu'elle sera prête à être retirée.
Expédition
Our shipping costs are $10 from anywhere in Canada.
If your destination is on our route, and in order to reduce our impact on the environment, it's not unusual for us to ship your order ourselves. In this case, we will contact you.
Good to know:
- If your order is over $75, we'll pay for shipping!
- If you buy a single herbal tea refill or 2 spice refills, shipping is included in the purchase price. These items are sent in letter format, so there's no need to make a parcel, and everyone's happy!
