As every item is handcrafted by me in my Oakville, Ontario studio, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment.
Domestic (Canada): Standard shipping via Canada Post ($4.00).
International: Worldwide shipping available ($6.00).
Express Shipping: Available for urgent orders ($9.99).
Tracking: If you require a tracking number, please select the "Tracked Shipping" option at checkout.
Refund Policy
2. Returns & Exchanges
I want you to love your Kubura piece. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
Custom Orders: Because custom pieces are made specifically to your choice of color or design, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Standard Orders: I accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. Because I strive to ship orders quickly from my Oakville studio, please message me as soon as possible if you change your mind.
Custom Orders: Once I have started handcrafting a custom piece (such as a specific color choice for a flower charm), I cannot accept cancellations.
How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact me directly through the store messaging system with your order number.
