For Bath Bombs
It is not possible to return a used bath bomb, but you can return bath bombs that are still wrapped or a bath bomb kit if 75% is still intact. Products should be returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 45 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For Loofahs
It is possible to return loofahs only if they were not used. We will need a photo of the loofah before accepting the return so please contact us.
For Soaps and Candles
It is possible to return unused soaps or candles if they are 100% intact. Products should be returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 45 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.
